  • HOW TO INSPECT A SHOE?

    • 1. Check the packaging details, such as shoe boxes, labels, hangtags, left/right matching, assortment, etc.
    • 2. Hold the two piece together back to back to check counter, back stay, heel height.
    • 3. Roll the shoes together side by side to check the asymmetry and quality of shoe parts, including top line/throat/collar, toe box, outsole length, top lift/heel lift, vamp, overlay, outsole.
    • 4. Check the eye stays, eyelets, shoes laces
    • 5. Look and run your hand inside the shoes to check insock, lining, etc. for any lump, bumps, glue or rough stitching.
